GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All rentals are subject to terms and conditions of rental agreement tickets.
- Rental tickets shall be signed and honored on a daily basis.
- All equipment rental agreements are based on a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Dump trucks shall be charged travel and time of use.
- Operator time shall be charged when equipment cannot work due to site conditions, inclement weather, holidays, etc.
- Overtime shall be charged after 8 hours per day, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Rentals for less than 10 hours will be charged for two moves (in and out).
- Payment shall be made within 7 days of date of invoice (100% Net).
- These dates do not apply for snow removal, rock excavation, or contaminated toxic or hazardous materials removal. Such situations shall be quoted on an individual basis.
- These Anderson Company LLC shall be held harmless from any and all liability claims or expenses of any type during any period of rental, arising from the use of this labor and equipment.
- Rates are exclusive of any supervision and include one operator per piece of equipment.
- Move charges are for those within the Washington DC metropolitan region.
